So veganuary is around the corner and the bbc will be pushing any sort of plug regards how to save the planet by going vegan.
My question is. Do we have any credible data to to sling back at these cheap shots at meat? And will the NFU be ready to fight back publicly on miss information?

let’s be prepared to put our side across in a well thought out and easy to distribute fashion on social media and the likes.

I shouldn’t worry too much this year, with Brexit they may run out of food or money.

The latest study showing that vegans are 43% more likely to suffer from broken bones than meat eaters will maybe help to swing the argument. Maybe somebody more tech savvy than me could provide a link.

The climate change article was on BBC news last night . Reducing flying was mentioned but so was reducing red meat consumption .!To be continued……!

Climate is the biggie at the moment. We need hard facts that prove vegan isn’t the right way. Or maybe they are right
The only reason that the figures are coming out in favour of cutting meat eating is because we are not allowed to offset the carbon sequestrated in the production of that meat. Having done 3 carbon audits now , i am convinced that if we were working on a level playing field ie.allowed to offset. My meat production would be carbon negative.
