Which fertiliser spinner ?

Sure this has been discussed before but can't find the thread. After many years and models of Amazone spinners think it's time for a change of brand after being very disappointed with the reliability and spread pattern of our current ZAm profis hydro. Any recommendations?
Thanks

6 seasons here with KV Geo Full GPS Auto/on/off Section control/Vari Rate the lot
Overall its a great piece of tech.
BUT there not without there own issues altho none so far has stopped me using it.
Seals seem to just have a certain lifespan in the Discs Gearboxes & its a £1200 gbox rep job basically
Seals are £300 but its twin shafts that must wear slightly so pointless putting seals in it.
Also the Linear Actuators aint as good as they are seem to be just starting to play up on mine, only when you fully open them all Yes there is four of them, there pulsing like a heart beating at
full stroke.... doesnt seem to affect its working use tho. Still waiting on Dealers to investigate if there just needed calibrated or most likely Replaced.
Otherwise no further issues & 950t thru it, still on original vanes.

There you go the whole truth & no porkies....

Would i have another. YES i would.

But they need to get these gearboxes better sealed.

I’ve got a 3200 amazone Zav profis. It has section control, auto on off, weigh cells etc.
It’s not a step up from the old 5 year old Zam, it’s a completely different machine.
The discs are far better, and it’s far easier to alter the vanes, the hopper is now one piece of formed steel so less likely to rot, And there is more stainless around the base of the machine.
All in all, it’s a vastly superior machine and can’t really be compared to the old one

I'd recommend the Kuhn as a simple foolproof machine if I had faith in its reliability. We had weigh cell issues a year ago to the point where I was sick of the sight of it. Kuhn man came out and fiddled about, took joints to bits and cleaned etc.

We got a kv out on demo with all the woofers and treeters. Rep spent what seemed like 7 hours setting it up, measuring fert in a plastic container and all sorts. What a palaver. I then went to spread one field and had half the fert left after all that. That was the end of my interest.

Since then the Kuhn hasn't missed a beat, as long as I have a full row of OKs on the display at start up (which for some reason needs turning on twice to get this result). I don't get the fuss over the kv, but hey ho.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
