Merlo TF 35.7 ad blue fault

Adblue seems ok now, dealer came out and replaced the screen yesterday. Said it was the third one they’d done!

Speaking to a fella who was fed up with JCB’s had three new ones this year and said the local dealer was there nearly every day for the first two weeks. Got so fed up he asked for a Kramer demo, he hated that too! Said it was crap

seems that everything has its issues nowadays.

This is the problem today , in the past their were machines that were clearly “ The best “ now they are all as crap as each other and a total mine field ..

There’s a pencil filter within the ad blue system which was blocked on one occasion. Same symptoms as when a software update fixed the constant beeping. Can’t help with how to find it though!

Anyone know where this pencil filter is located?? Tried everything else, would like to check this!!

Anyone else's 35.7 Weight limiter go daft while traveling on uneven ground with little or no weight being carried?

Yes all the time… dealer altered settings on it which improved it slightly but still very vocal!
