Hopefully lamb prices may settle to a more realistic price just either side of £100/head which would allow for reinvestment and keep up with general inflation.

then it will all tip over
stays dry will be a few replacement ewe lambs on the hook that will have a flow on efect. of lower numbers in coming years as people regroup
dry here. we are back 400 ewes on normal going to ram

I doubt that the reporter understands the concept of supply and demand. The butcher definitely will.

its still cheap when you compare it to some of the rubbish people eat its dirt cheap
not to mention being wonderful for the environment in comparison with some of the rubbish people eat
hell of a product really
