3 metre power harrow options

I would buy a 4 metre too. Would need a trailer too for the farm track. Just haven't seen a fresh one at similar money yet.
End tow kit ?

Buy a guest refurb, we’ve ran them for the last 16 years with very few issues a 170hp tractor will lift and pull one of his 4m combis without issue. We do it with less and push a press as well and it’s not flat round here.

In fact @Nearly pulls 4m combi with a lot less than 170hp

as for quick fit don’t get too bogged down over that one.

Can change all the tines on our 4m Kuhns in a hour with a windy gun.

Hi, looking to buy my first and only power harrow ever hopefully. Just to do 100 acre grass to grass reseeds a year. 170hp tractor, no too many stones apart from a few higher fields.

New kuhn 3004 £11500
Amazone ke 3000 super £9500
Can hardy justify the above.

Reconded 25ish year old kuhn 3002 £6500.

Or ive found a 2012 maschio dm3000 which hasnt been in the soil for £6000.

any thoughts, particularly on the maschio that i have no experience of?

Thanks

Unless they have changed the numbering is that comparing the heavy duty kuhn to the light duty amazon?

I wouldnt be scared of age with andy guest as its a proper recon, even though the 3002 was the heavy duty at the time i think the 3004 now has a bigger gearbox (around 250hp)

Have you had a price on the kuhn 304? Thats the lighter duty but to be honest 100ac is 2 days a year and will take a few years to even wear out a set of tines so youd be unlucky to spend any money on any of them for a long time

Got a 20yr old 3003 here which is the old 3004 and its done thousands of acres and very happy
