What are folks paying for Ibc of adblu atm? Was quoted £1200 yesterday last 1 we got was just over £500

Yes itl pay for it through timeas the more you have the more adblu you use

It did shoot up in price but is now slowly dropping but you need to shop around to find someone who hasn't got old expensive stock. I paid £590 last week.

feel free to sit around stractching your head in a few years time wondering why there's mot's on tractors and no one will repair or service your machines until the emissions controls are back in service and you can't sell them.

The thing with an IBC is that the only risk of contamination is from the end of the nozzle to the tank on the machine.

In similar situation as tank with pump on would be easier for filling combine, just use gravity pipe from ibc atm for tractors and forklift, have a 200L drum to lift up for filling combine

I’m currently gravity from ibc. Problem is 2 tractors have a higher add blue tank and the last 3rd of the drum which means a can. Proper tank with pump would fit much better than the current ibc bodge up.

Was quoted £205 and £195 for a 205litre plastic barrel on Friday, not sure if thats any good. Problem is, out of 4 suppliers, only one actually had in stock, all saying a week or two for barrel.
An IBC is too much for the amount we are using.

The deposits annoy me, guess the suppliers think you will stick with them if you have a ibc on deposit. Most of my dairy chem comes in ibc and they don’t want the containers back.

I think it is because they are sealed and cant be cross contaminated ,and like you say keeps you with same supplier,I do wander whether you can change suppliers wirh with the same ibc
