Are you a member of Facebook,Twitter or both.
Forgot to say I am not a member of either, but that may be me being suspicious of both as I am 70.

Facebook I deleted lots of people and unfollowed quite a few pages that just seemed to spam my feed now it's all 'sponsered posts' I get now as hardly anyone seems to post unless it's thestart of school or their holiday snaps. But it's slightly better now this way.

I've a twitter account no idea when I last used it though.

Instagram I dont use a lot but would look at it occasionally

Facebooks 1 in 3 posts are ’sponsored posts’ which has killed it, as has the barrage of TikTok video’s spamming FB.I look at it maybe once a month.

Twitter is full of nutters and narcissists, with farmers usually falling into the latter category. Only ever look at it if it’s a link from elsewhere.

Insta, not interested

TikTok, dancing goons, not interested.

Only Fans, raking it in.

I find Faceache useful for finding interesting scientific studies by following carefully chosen pages/groups. But it’s an echo chamber fundamentally. These platforms are all basically algorithm driven. User beware.

Any time I’ve actually engaged in comments with a loon has ended with frustration that they’ve tried to drag me down to their level. It’s a no win game, some people can’t be helped.

I am still not on Facebook but interested to know why would a New Zealand farming company called “Turleyfarms” be on Facebook but not have a website?
( Someone I know has just been driving a combine there) :scratchhead:

Fb is free and easy. easier to upload daily content and keep “followers” up to date on what’s going on. For a company like that a website would be a waste of time

I rarely use websites unless it’s for a specific purpose like bidding online or buying something.
If I was trying to find out about a NZ Farming company then fb would be first port of call
