Totally agree with this-just bought my 2nd Geo spreader and was hoping that they would have added a’beep’ to the flashing icon,but seems KV ignored my suggestion!
i did the same on our amazone after doing an 8 acre field with the limiter down. didn't see any difference in the crop.My uncle attached a bit of blue pipe to bout limiter so he can see in mirror if it's up or down. Good idea imo.
surely if it's doing its job all that will happen is one bout will have 100% overlap and the next none but the full rate on half the width each way. inner tramline would be the only one affected?? eg if 24m tramlines, one side throws full amount tapering to 24m and the other side throws to 12m but at full rate, the next 12m gets full rate on the return

That’s probably because the manufacturers don’t use machines in the real worldInteresting to hear this, especially given my post above.
I wrote to KV suggesting this also as I thought it might be something they could easily add into the software themselves. They seemed somewhat receptive and said they welcomed feedback from farmers.
