Got my CS too, its like they are pushing everything through before the strike. Perhaps they should make it an annual event!

Paid yesterday, but this half was a lot less the first half.

This must mean either that the first half was more than half or that the second half was less than half or, more likely, both.

Shall have to wait for the Claim Statement of course, but one can already feel yet another Payment Query coming rapidly on.

Call them and make sure that their system has not rejected some fields like it did on my first half claim, I think the 2nd half is correct, but not sure if I will get the missing from the first payment or the shortfall from 2020 which was my fault apparently

They paid! But not the 30% increase their spin doctors claim.. 6.5% which is about 20% below inflation!!

For now yes, but we don't get to avail ourselves of those tasty SFI payments and CS schemes.

I can only dream of getting £500/ha to grow the clover leys that I would be anyway...

I am not retiring so could care about some bs retirement scheme and sfi looks bloody pretty rubbish at the moment for us

Can't understand anyone taking the retirement scheme unless they are a tenant or selling the land cos any other scenario would be like saying to HMRC here you go there's 40% of my estate for you .....

The “retirement” scheme gave you 2.35 your previous payment in a lump sum whereas sticking with it gives approaching twice that in ever decreasing sums until it disappears up its own “A” hole.
