Went last year for the first time in ages. A bit smaller than a few years ago. But still a genuine show.

You are right- avoid the Mendips at all costs, else carry a couple of emergency sausage rolls in case you need to distract the locals whilst you make a clean get away.

I agree, very much a genuine show in feel and not even that tyre-kickery either. I won't be there either so even more reason for folk to go.

Thinking of having a look down this year and don't fancy an early 5 hour drive. What would travelling from Twekesbury be like on show moring 7 am ish ?

Tewksbury to there is nothing. You wanna try living in Cornwall, 3 hours before we get to Bristol!
