2 out of 3 JD's here are mapped by DD. (3rd one will get the treatment in due course) Zero reliability issues and they go well, fuel saving is worth it alone. He knows his stuff and will tailor the map to what you want. His maps are all bespoke, not generic. It will include EGR delete and complete recalibration of the vgt turbo so it actually works. 120% recommended.
That is exactly how they run. Torque from off-idle, around 2 l / hr less fuel use, 3-4 degrees cooler and all the diesel knock gone.Saw a 7530 done and owner reported that the machine was much improved, ran cooler and was much more 'drivable' if that makes sense.

In a nutshell yes. Timing is all over the place especially at cold start as they come from factory.I used to drive a 7530 and it always sounded rough running from the day it arrived. This was caused by fuelling then?
Madness, isn't it.In a nutshell yes. Timing is all over the place especially at cold start as they come from factory.

Nor surprising that the Americans are so up in arms about JD and their attitude to the farmer customers!
I would if i could. Bit of a job being sat in a wheelchairSend him the ecu.
First full day drilling today, she burns a bit more coal!!! But that was to be expected pushing 250hp on boost , runs 20deg cooler and not lagging at all . 4m combi , hydraulic fan front press pH working fairly deep . I'm happy travelling along at 9-10k without struggling now . Just need too sort the priority spool out early days but after 2 days I'm impressed what the lads done . To be fair they brought dyno too so immediately seen on that stood difference but fieldwork is convincing I've spent money wisely at the moment.Let us know when its done how you get on.
What recommendations did they come with?Had our 780 Lexion sorted to remove the ad blue a few years ago. No ad blue was brilliant, loss of 20% power was a bummer. The guy who did it came back to reinstall the original software but Mercedes software wouldn’t let him in again. I had 1 whole season with reduced power before I got Claas involved. They were excellent and only laughed at me when I couldn’t see them. It cost me about £12k to get everything back together with Class and I’d of paid double that if I’d had to. I will never let anyone who claims to be an expert at remapping, tuning etc near one of my machines again.

What was the tractor putting out on the dyno before the fettle?First full day drilling today, she burns a bit more coal!!! Sounds a bit like the "expert" that was on TFF a couple of years back, and quickly developed a rather poor reputation...What recommendations did they come with?
It’s a small world and if someone isn’t good enough you soon find out.

He’s one of he most active independents in he country.Basically you had someone who didnt know what they were doing then.
Self proclaimed? He’s one of he most active independents in he country.
I hope he or his insurance stood your cost? He’s one of he most active independents in he country.
Probably not that simple as the add blue had probably failed putting the engine into 20% derated power before the technician was even called in.I hope he or his insurance stood your cost?
surely if they did not you should name him so others don’t get stiffed?
It was a monumental fup from the start. Before we had it deleted we had a Class fitter coming to the field every 3 or 4 hours to sort the de rate when the adblue fault flashed up. This went on for days. I was desperate for a cure, the guy was recommended by someone I know and trust albeit his combine was a bit older. For whatever reason it didn’t work, created loads of problems and stress and in the end cost me plenty to put right. I won’t name and shame but I stand by the fact I would never let anyone tinker with my kit again.I hope he or his insurance stood your cost?
