Direct Drilling without Glyphosate

Hi
We have been DD for the last 4 years on pasture for beef and sheep , and have tried a variety of ways . From Grazing hard and drilling into the existing pasture , to a complete burn off with Glyphosate . We have wasted money on the latter , and basically not using Glyphosate means that hardly any new seed comes through due to existing sward competition .
We usually dd forage rape , grass , and whole crop .

We want to get away from Glyphosate , but until we find an alternative solution that gives us the same yield then this is not an option .

Is Min Till the option , using kit like HE-VA combi disc or similar , will this give the crop time to establish ? Does anyone have any experience of Min till and is it viable ?
