point taken. but even so if they had planned their survey better, the telephone survey would be better conducted in a more concise manner. 90 minutes is rather excessive. I think the big clue to any DEFRA connection is the use of the word 'co-develop' . sounds harmless, but it really does echo the language coming out of the current ELMS discussions.This thread has become a typical TFF thread already-no one has looked at the details-but kicked off on a rant about something else
LOOK AT THE LINK-the project is nothing to do with ELMS but is a European funded project which ADAS are paid by a European research organisation to run.
Like @Agrivator has pointed out the preliminary survey does nothing towards harvesting information or informing respondents of any context.
