Enforcement Notice- Grounds of Appeal

Hello.... another planning question, please;

If the LPA were to assume that the building I've put up (without permission) is for a dwelling, how can I convince them that it isn't?
I've installed a WC/shower, (the dogs roll in fox poo), but there is no kitchen, bedroom, lighting or heating. The main purpose for the building is storage of tools and garden equipment, (I manage the one acre site for nature) & there's a mezzanine floor, which I hope will provide an art studio/rest area.
What constitutes a dwelling?

Ok thanks. She came and took the pics and later on she dropped off a PCN. She called it a 'questionnaire' but it must be completed within 21 days or I wil be in trouble.... It doesn't ask about the bats, though. Dx

Don't mention the bloody bats! Or newts. Or anything like that.

Presumably you have now engaged a professional to sort this for you? Do not let your guard down due to their friendly manner.

Yes... I suppose they are still getting the evidence together before serving the EN.

I say 'serving'...the PCN was just tied to the gate & it was really stormy yesterday.
If the EN is served the same way, there may be grounds to appeal. Dx

Thanks... yes, ultra friendly... kept mentioning how much she liked the colour of my hair!
But I have to mention any protected species that may be harmed by demolition of the silo, surely? Between a rock & a hard place, it seems! Dx
