@Chris F I mentioned this at a round table NFU meeting the other day and our County staff member did not think that sharing the 2 resourses was a good idea!
However I also rang the chairman who also happens to be a steward at the county show and suggested we put them on the Livestock shed doors and he agreed that it was a good idea!!

Thanks and we are sharing all the good stuff that the NFU do on social media (well when we see it as we don't have full time social media staff) the more everyone does the better. Makes my life easier when the NFU are smashing it though!

Have an idea , probably already been done, A Caption split in two , one half cow and calf grazing, nice green landscape the other a screenshot of the flight checker page 11am on a week day.If you make it larger to see Europe, it is completely lost under planes. With a "which is really the problem" caption with it.Needs to go on the back of city buses.

when they say get rid of cattle have they factored in what will happen to all the waste that is fed to them that will have to be tipped causing gas as it ferments and rots also the enormous cost this will ad to food prices, just think of all the waste we buy to feed to livestock beet pulp, brewers grains, distillers grains, waste from the bakeries, and confectionery waste, rape meal, bran, veg waste breakfast cereal waste soya bean meal perhaps we should go on strike and refuse to buy any thing made with these products,

Can this go back to being a sticky thread, please Mods. @JP1
If journalists and researchers get to the first page of Agricultural Matters , this should be the first thing they find.

Can I request this too.
Had quite a job finding these part of the solution fact cards on here today and I knew they were here somewhere!!

With COP26 coming up in Glasgow in a few months time stuff like this needs a higher profile and chance of being stumbled upon by wider public/media/journalists etc. during the inevitable onslaught there will be against Agriculture once again.

Glasgow is a massive opportunity for UK ag. Our representative bodies need to push the boat out and have a strong presence there - I am assuming there is some form of exhibition space ? The onslaught needs to come from us; you can't have 'sustainable' without having a profitable, productive ag.
