Yes very good to tow. Cant have wheels outside here as tbe roads are pretty narrow.

I opted for a 14' 'wheels on the outside' model, but went a bit narrower in the body to bring the total trailer width somewhere similar to the 'wheels under' one. Had several IW's with wheels underneath over the years, and had a 12' IW of each at home. The wheels outside one always towed better and was far easier to tow off road when loaded, so didn't want one with wheels under.
Losing a bit of internal width reduces the capacity a bit of course, but also reduces the amount an unscrupulous operator might overload it by.
