Yes it was up there when Monsanto had the monopoly on it till license ended or what ever the agreement was with it if I remember correctly.I seem to remember that I paid £56 for 5 litres when it first came out.
So little wheat from harvest 2023 then. But the Chinese have us all by the short and curlies as they produce 3/4 of the main ingrediant, and the only other supplier is America and their factory is shut at the min.
And not just with roundup but most things we buy day to day !!!But the Chinese have us all by the short and curlies
Is that why you've developed resistance to glyphosate in ryegrass etc?Meh, we already pay that sort of money for it in 1000 l shuttles . . .
welcome to the rest of the world
FrigateWill we be going back to using low rates and heating it up with loads of adjuvants then? I can't quite remember what we used to do before the advent of generics but was it oil we used maybe?

Wynnstay over £200 / 20l, but none in stock.Per 20l - not scaremongering, not sure there is much if any to order right now. This is the price being muted for new volume arriving in spring. I think if you can wait we we see prices fall again.
we’ve had ryegrass resistance for 30 years
Glypho was $20 / litre back then & some Argos were pushing 300 ml / ha in 30 l / ha water, I think that’s when it all stems from
but ryegrass has developed resistance to just about everything. In laboratory conditions, they were able to breed resistance to all registered chemicals in less than 30 generations . . .
300ml.
I thought it was madness when Hutchinson's were pushing repeated 1l/ha doses about 10 years ago.
