Was it off a supplier who frequents here?I had, and still having a bad experience with chcnav and the suppplier.
The first sits in a box as I’ve taken it off and the 2nd I’ve taken to court.

the price!!!Trimble have a LONG history / experience with vehicle guidance & earthmoving applications
Trimble are a well established, reputable company
Trimble are not brand specific, can work with any colour machinery
Trimble have extensive service & backup dealerships
why wouldnt you ?
ok cost me £1400 for my own base and electric rtk autosteer 1cm accuracy and no subscriptions everI think it’s pretty cheap tbh
cost me $50,000 for RTK hydraulic steering / base station nearly 20 years ago with my old Autofarm A5 system
Beeline autosteer in the early 90’s was close to $100K
$21K for full electric autosteer with integrated steering wheel, 2.5 cm accuracy & 5 year’s subscription- sounds cheap to me
not to mention the support & backup that a company like Trimble ( & Vantage, the NSW dealers ) offer

Sounds like a deal the op might as well just buy a new fendt which will have rtk already on itI think it’s pretty cheap tbh

I wonder what level of guidance OP feels he is receiving…a bit of EGNOS from some and some solid RTK from others”Guidance about Guidance”
Chinese aren't they, and not much cheaper than Trimble?Am being advised CHCNAV over FJ which is similar to the sveaverken if using the free egnos signal.
Has anyone experience of using the CHCNAV?
Yes they're Chinese, there advantage over Trimble is they don't need an expensive unlock to use RTK correction signal.Chinese aren't they, and not much cheaper than Trimble?
If you only looking fir 6 inch accuracy and easy to use a Trimble 750 with an ezsteer is about as cheap and simple as they come. You can also swap it between tractors if wanted pretty quickly- 10 minutes. If you don’t want the ugly lump thst bangs your knees if your over 6 ft forget the ezsteer and go auto pilot. It’s older entry level gps but won’t break the bank or fry your brain.
No offence intended but anyone buying or trying to pedal that Chinese crap need to stop. We’ve enough poor quality overpriced junk in the ag community as it is without having to breed a new generation that accepts its ok@BriarDid you find a solution in the end?
If you would like to discuss directly, we can talk about Hexagon or a Chinese solution that would suit your needs.

No offence taken, we all have freedom of speech and a right to our own opinion. I do disagree with you though. I would never put my name to anything I thought was rubbish just to have a quick sale. It's not worth my reputation to do so, especially in the close network we work in. Chinese companies (among others) supply the top brands many of their components, so there is quality in the products. No offence intended but anyone buying or trying to pedal that Chinese crap need to stop.
