Situation Vacant Harvest workers required in Essex July to September 2021

Harvest workers required for 2021 harvest on 2,000 acre farm in West Essex. The farm specialises in herbage seed production as well as growing wheat, OSR, linseed, peas and beans. The job is to start at the beginning of July and to finish early September (dates to be arranged with you).

The work will start with preparing the grain stores, tractors, trailers, etc for harvest. During the harvest you will be driving Fendt tractors: to haul grain away from Claas Lexion 760TT, operate a Krone mower, 8m hay-tedders, bale clamps, haulm-choppers, power-harrows, rolls, etc.

Good rate of pay and separate mobile-home accommodation is provided; you will need a current GB driving licence, be a competent tractor driver, telescopic fork-lift experience is advantageous.
