Indeed. It was discussed on the news that if people keep ignoring the rules that they might tighten them further. Given it's a minority who are ignoring them it would make more sense imo to address the minority themselves, rather than making the majority follow even stricter rules which the minority will likely ignore yet again.

Last night in town ,a group of lads of mixed ages were found behind the towns leisure centre puffing away on funny fags ,,soon as they spotted plod ,they scattered but two were not quick enough and got colored ,chances are they will get let of if they are under age .

Change the General Licence to include off lead dogs. That would quieten the job around here. Slightly tongue in cheek but not far off imo.
I live well out of the way compared to most as I'm sure many on here do. Feral
kids from down the road have taken to biking up the road and arseing about outside the doctors gates. The doctor who has her own young kids in the yard. FFS! I'm sure the doctor is very able to deal with it but shouldn't have to.
