Does this mean there's no APR available on schemes for 12 months as it starts in 2025 ?

Other articles are refering to BNG and the like being included !

So do we take this as if BNG is included the SFI will Def be included by default or do we say BNG is included but we might "trip you up " on some of the the SFI schemes

the long term bng contracts should greatly increase land value as it has a guaranteed higher level of income than food production yet is not permanent

similar re solar / batteries etc …… more valuable long term than selling for development

trees definitely kill land value however

Just had a call with somebody about this very fact and they pointed out that the statement made does not cover land used to generate income in the private carbon markets.

can’t see how or why you could differentiate
