Now i have the new Supervisor switch on, but the diagnose screen still show 7 no movement when i turn the the switch, is it something else i need to do ?
The pedal shows from 0 to 100% so that is ok.

It is now ok, i had the diagnose screen open and found out that the number/sup changes when driving, goes from 0-30, it is now like driving a different/new tractor, it works/gear as it should in hills, never go under 1400rpm, and it react within a split second on the engine supervisor, problem solved ! Thanks David ))

The next time I’m in the tractor I will check again. I’m pretty sure last time the number showing was 7.

Cant you feel any change when you adjust the Supervisor ?
My also show 7 when the engine idle in neutral, but when i drive with the diagnose screen open i see that the number change when i adjust the Supervisor.
Before i change it i had no effect to adjust the Supervisor, i lost rpm all the way uphill, after i put the new one in it gear very nice uphill and react on Supervisor adjustment like we would do if we got an needle in the eye ))
Try to drive with the diagnose window open and look at the "sup" when you turn the wheel.

I belive i found the most economic way to drive this tractor on road, i use pedal mode and select power mode, then activate SV cruice set at 53km, this way i can run it very lightly at 13-1700rpm at all time with very little /trottle/pedal, i run it 100% more economic now compared with what i did the first month.
What do you 7400 owners mean about this ?
Lets share everything on this model, that way we will all learn from this thread (y)

I just use lever and set sv2 to 54k

I not feel i have the same control when use the lever, but i think that can be because maybe you run on better roads/can see longer forward, here it is alot of sharp turns and hills, i am seldom over 35km/h on our roads, i belive i also would use the lever on better roads and longer trips.
I need to be on alert all the time if i meet someone, then it is easyer to stop by just go of the pedal:unsure:
But we both use the same metod, but you use the lever and i the pedal.

David and all others, a new nut for you.
When i bougt the tractor it had a problem with the magnetic valve that opens the spool block at the back of the tractor, had an error code on the button that told me what the problem was (button with a red ring around ) the flashing code said that the solenoid valve was broken and not opened for spool valves .... changed solenoid valve to the spool block and problem solved, i can now press the blue button as normal to activate spool valves, but it is still flashing error code ... how to delete it / make the button stop flashing the error code ?

Not one of the spool valves worked, and the error code said "intake magnetic valve to the spool block damage", i then took my infrared temp meter and checked the temperature on the magnet, it was 70 degrees celsius (should be about 20-30 ) and therefore shorted, did not change the whole valve but only the magnet and everything was fine after that, all 4 now work perfectly, now i just press the button as normal to activate the spoleblock when they are to be used .... but the error code still flashes, this is the only problem on the tractor now so it is irritable that the still blinking....MF mechanic said it not had anything to say that they still blink....
I have two on the joystick and two on the ordernary "arms".
