Can't really go wrong with a limmy on them.

If they are well grown and not fat as butter waiting to melt once in calf, a nice slender limousin

People say they are but I don't think so.if your going to finish them I'd use a Lim or an Angus on them.

Can be but it’s pures that are worse. I hate limo cows with a passion but as a cross they leave some good calves

Will have to keep taking replacements from the dairy then

Haha don't listen to @Skintagain there fine.ive got a few kicking about ,make good cows , won't have quite as much milk as the first cross but rear a calf no bother.

Will make a nice herd and use a quality limmy bull on them . If using your own calves then Jonnes should not be a problem but the last 5 BBx heifers i bought only 2 survived to breed the 2nd yr

Lim if you are selling offspring.

Sim is great for first crosses to save daughters, then back to the Lim as a terminal sire.

In my experience Lim’s are nowhere near as wild as they used to be, especially if you handle them well.
