A seed drill with small seed kit, take your pick wether it be trailed or mounted on some kind of harrow

I have broadcast and harrowed it in for several decades, last year there weren't enough windless days to do this and I had a failure due to late seeding and winter floods.

I have 4 meter grays multi harrows what could I mount on them to sow grass ?

We have a 3m maschio power harrow with some old seed box on the back. Homemade drive wheel and good to go. Seed drops down some pipes behind the roller about 6 inches above ground. Ring roll and flat roll if we can.

I use an old 3mtr. fiona drill with the coulters and tubes all removed. works a treat windy or not.

Vicon or Amazone fert spreader

We use a slug pelleter for smaller areas and patching up areas and the Horsch Sprinter for whole fields. We take the pipes off and just blow it on the top, it does a good job and you dont have any drill lines and have a big hopper so don't need to constantly stop.

Project Grass Seeder

Going to make a front mounted spreader bar on this old fert hopper that I have. Spread grass seed 6m and tow rollers behind. Been using contractor with seeder on rollers for a few years now for undersowing - works well when we get timing right so hope fully having own kit will ensure correct...

I get a contractor at the moment with amazon combo but I’m looking for something real cheap cheerful I can do it myself either with my multi Harrow or without .

Number 8-10 drive 1-1.5m from last wheeling I always sow a field twice over for best results
