Apologies if this has been covered else where but it seems the front axle suspension on our T7 only works to a crap standard with a weight block hanging on the front linkage.
can any one suggest a good place to source new accumulator, apart from obviously our New Holland dealer.
Is there a better aftermarket one that can be fitted? Tia👍

Common problem im afraid and quite possibly the accumulator has failed.
@Colliedog will be able to help you, hes made a business from improving cnh crap suspension systems and developed a better alternative. He can supply accumulators pre charged aswell.
Added 2 accumulators improves the ride no end. I bought some pre charged from the 'fast fluid group' was considerably less than the dealer.

You could crack the hex nut on the end of the accumulator to see if theres any gas in it or not. It might be low on gas or full of oil.
Have you tried a calibration to see if its all working as there is a weak point in the wiring harness and it rubs on the fan cowling breaking some wires on the earlier models. Even when its all working correctly its pretty crap unless your carrying a weight block on im afraid.
Converting the cab shocks to air is a good improvement im told

With the weight block on there is some movement and could say it’s half comfortable. Soon as you drop it off there is no movement on the road . Will get the hex screw open and see if it’s got oil in or just empty of gas.

There are a few different systems on aT7. 210. I make an upgrade kit for the tier 4a tractors which makes the suspension softer and gives more travel. I also have OEM quality accumulators at approximately half price of OEM, as well as air suspension conversions for the cab, depending on how comfortable you want to make it!
As @benny6910 said be very careful removing accumulators on anything! There is a bleed off screw that depressurises the accumulator however I can almost guarantee it will be seized so the safest way is to start a calibration and key off the tractor 10 secs after the axle reaches its lowest point.
I have lots more help and advice if you like as I have sorted the suspension on almost 1000 tractors now since I stated Superglide. Your welcome to call me I'm not a salesman just happy to help!

I don’t think he is able to do anything with the front suspension on a Tier 4B tractor.

ive asked.

@mtx.jag it might be worth getting a NH dealer to have a Quick Look at it, on ours the front suspension lock out valve had a broken wire and once repaired it was a massive amount better

The cab suspension you supplied for my T6 works a treat, bounced up a farm lane with my Weidemann, hardly felt it in the NH with the feeder.

I replaced one on a 6070 Newholland and I could screw it off by hand but it still blew itself off and was ratting around the back wheel. I’m just saying to be aware of this.
It’s becauae of the way they seal on the thread against a machines face. With most hydraulic connections cracking them open lets the tappered faces seperate and starts to leak out the pressure. Accumulators are flipping dangerous because of the stored energy if you can’t fully depress the system
