sent the c&d forms back, or we wouldn't have got paid, we did. That was approx 120 days ago.It's probably the c&d form from when you had the reactors at the original breakdown. You should c&d wherever you've isolated them. There is a box to tick if you isolated them at grass and then you are supposed to leave it destocked for a certain length of time. Six months I think
I don't think payment is dependant on C&D forms. I know I've had it before where they wouldn't remove restrictions because we hadn't sent back C&S forms and we've definitely never had payment delayed on reactors.sent the c&d forms back, or we wouldn't have got paid, we did. but surely they don't think you are going to c&d the whole farm, after a clear test............. there again, with civil servants, anything is possible........... The mind boggles.
having said that, the TB isolation units, were a completely needed solution, and they allowed them, very thankfully, common sense prevailed.
