this is prob a stupid question but new to telehandler.

Bought a telehandler and has a male & female coupling for loader attachments. Everything I use on tractor loader is for two male couplings on the tractor loader, can you just change the female coupling on the telehandler to male is it that simple?

Have the same male and female couplings on loader tractor and Teleporter so pipes are always connected the right way round, attachments swap between both machines and attachment pipes can be coupled together to keep muck out when not in use.

Could be whatever was speced when new most probably. Most likely going to be whatever the purchaser had on his previous machine!!! Have you a photo?
No hasn’t arrived yet, will post one when arrived. Sorry one more question, has a rear hitch & one hydraulic coupling on the rear. Can you tip a trailer with the hydraulics or is it for something else

Probably for tipping, be a switch somewhere to control it, was on my Manitou.

Right I’ve worked out most of the telehandler, but hitch has me. Up down seems to be button right of seat, anyone using a scorpion able to tell me how to open the hitch ?

Back to the original question, ive done different to most people and put both male quick releases on the loadall and fitted female quick releases to the attachments. My theory, as the loadall is around the yard in all the dust and muck all day, so its easier to wipe two male quick release probes clean than a female quick release. The femail ones are just sitting there on the attachment when not being used, and wont get dirty. Yes it will cost a few quid more for the fittings, but it will keep the hydraulic system on the loadall cleaner.

Oh, and a cable tie or a couple of wraps of insulting tape keeps the pipes in order.

Right bit of messing got the hitch working, and also tipped a trailer. But have to keep pressing the down button to get the hitch & trailer to go down, up no issue just hold the button and hitch goes up or trailer goes up depending which using. Below some pics, think I’m missing something as what goes up surely comes down the same way
