So if you had £150k to spend on a luxury 4x4. Would you buy anything else?
personally yes i would as i like my vehicles to be reliable for longer than the warranty period, if a LR can even make it that far without a breakdown

if you are gonna keep it out of warranty it would be a 200 series/300 series landcruiser
if you want the flashiest it would be the g wagon
if you want the best drive it would be the top model X5
if you want the best interior it would be the top model GLS

Got to admit, that is beautiful. Taken the luxury suv to another level. Be good BIK too with 63 mile electric only range on thr PHEV! Better get some more drills sold!
Specsavers! That’s what you need! That ain’t no thing of beauty! But must admit all the big suv’s are getting that way, an old minivan that’s what you want! 😂

Watched the beginning of the official live presentation but had to switch it off after five minutes due to the bilge spouted by the peacock McGovern making me puke.
Switched over to Harry's Garage for no nonsense description, appraisal and comparison with earlier models. No pretentious bullshít.

Nice but pointless. I wish them well exporting and helping our balance of payments

What's the point of a 63 mile range electric model and I doubt you can tow with it

And why's launch vehicle in beige?

Mercy gls range is 62 I think ? It’s all about marketing . Let’s be honest. You and I JP are never going to buy one so we ain’t their audience

It's not just marketing all manufacturers now have emissions limits that cover not just individual cars but the whole range they make. Selling hybrids/electric of some description is the only way they can keep selling cars. Tis also a good selling point as if it matters if you've money to buy one to begin with do you care about running costs.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
