Acornworm, glad it was of use. Anthony Stansfield's comments were very interesting in that they are obviously not happy with the banks behaviour even in the areas where the banks are considered 'victims'.

I would think he's airing his disgust at the manner in which he sees the bank obstructed the police, claiming they were victims, which they were to some extent. Not opening their arms to police scrutiny might suggest even worse was being hidden, and possibly still is.There is still a huge amount of money unaccounted for,did those already sentenced possess the brains to conceal a sum of this magnitude,I think not.
No,I sense a familiar stench.

Channel 135, RT documentries on now.
Looks like the Acorn model was developed by Americans and used successfully against countries
Certainly securitisation was an American idea ,jumped on by none other than David Johnston of Commercial First,I group etc.Securitisasions were widely to blame apparently for the crash in the US.
Probably explains why they were so keen to pay large undisclosed commissions to the likes of Des Phillips, and why Phillips and co were so keen to sign as many people up regardless.

The PCC Anthony Stansfeld calls for Lloyds to pay for the investigation.
It is true why should it just be the residents of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire who have to pay for the investigation and prosecution that should have been done by the SFO.
makes one wonder who will pay for this one.
And so they should.Certainly the SFO budget is pitiful for their remit, having to rely on blockbuster funding for any large cases. In this way the Treasury can effectively decide what is investigated and what is not, very unsatisfactory if you ask me.

Is that .....Mom where has the money gone

Sort of but done to governments by corporations, leading to regime changes etc.
You really need to see the documentry to understand, think its called "raging bulls of wall street"
Have searched the schedule but cant find it now.
basically was lending huge sums against national assets in return for control of the assets

Barclays can use whatever terminology they wish but for them to claim the collaboration with Phillips was 'out of their control' is blatantly untrue. There were regular visits to Highbridge by Barclays personnel on the premise of overseeing the operation.
Rather thought that might be the case,a lot of the instructions I have seen have been 'UK Country Capital/Barclays',rather hinting at a collaboration rather than a remote third party lender.
