UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

And the many other victims of their business support unit and the associated bent receivers and agents.
After the crash I had first hand experience of them trying to bankrupt me by withdrawing their funds rapidly and then wanting to seize assets.
However never trusting anybody I had cash/realisable assets they did not know about so paid them off.
The directive on this type of action obviously came from near the top because it was so widespread.
Looking forward to making my complaint and joining the class action.

Seems so. The HBOS trial and subsequent convictions have opened everybodies eyes to several things but one thing stands out,the bank could not be trusted. What was once perceived to be conspiracy theories become completely different, totally plausible. The myths that there was some sort of protection from 'up above' might not also seem so far fetched. You were perhaps one of the lucky ones, you were allowed to pay your debt,in some instances the bank prevented people repaying purely because they wanted their assets.Emails abound of the banks agents using language like 'taking them down','going for the jugular',one particular case could only be described as human slavery, absolutely scandalous, but now so believable.
It has also been rumoured that large law firms used solicitors on secondment to the banks to feed back information on vulnerable cases, hard to prove, but now much more plausible. And the brown envelopes, did they get passed to others who' helped',council employees,ex ministry vets, charity workers, complainants. And of course the 'share out',who benefitted and how.
You're right @Dog catcher ,£4.2 billion is more than plenty to compensate these victims, just depends on how much Lloyds need to keep under wraps.

please contact S R A & request confirmation if an appeal has been made & request details of any new hearing

If an appeal is successfully made does it follow PRW will rise in your estimation of him?
I have never underestimated the man,he is without doubt a very clever man, echoed by those that have had close dealings with him.Unfortunately the path he appears to have chosen requires him to stray from every value that he should uphold. An appeal could just be the last straw for the industry to which he has brought this disrepute.
