UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

Some 6 years ago on this thread the potential costs of an investigation by Avon & Somerset, just into the then 44 Phillip's victims would mitigate against such occurring. This after the meetings the principals at A & S including Sue Mountstevens had with Jacob Rees Mogg on the subject.

What confidence can anyone have that they would carry out an investigation with any meaningful intent now, when so much collateral damage has arisen over time and compromising those other law enforcement agencies who have relied on and endorsed their falsehoods?

One consolation is that they cannot now hide behind the meeting they had with "other agencies" in September 2012 as justification for their failure in the Phillip's complaints. There appears to be a basic operational failure in A & S which has been apparent to ourselves for years. Will it now be addressed and by whom, that is the question?
And more importantly will the authorities accept that failure to act has resulted in people losing their properties, will they provide redress?

MP calls for inquiry into forged signatures

It's not just forgery,it's the KP speciality...……the 'copy and paste' documents,no wonder you can't recall signing them ,you never did.
Documents turn up witnessed by people you've never heard of,you think you're losing the plot.
All part of the cruel game.
The Lloyds BSU forgeries (Bristol,of course) are in the forefront of this and now is the time to strike if anybody reading this has their suspicions, PM me,I'll put you in touch with some rather helpful people(y)

The tin shed was apparently sold pre-auction with the refund as a result of this exercise being £731,543 or some 36.4% of the initial loan.

Considering the shed and pig farm had a combined valuation, acknowledged as a figure promoted by Toad, of some £3.5 million, with the combined disposal achieved being only some £1 million, he certainly maintained his own ambitions and standards then! Could this be viewed as civil or criminal activity in the circumstances or just filed as previously, that is the question?

Can any shortfall be recovered? With the Co-op Bank being a guide on that one and since then in 2012/2013 assets were being transferred to a family trust, the personal guarantee aspect will be an interesting development at a future date.

Speculation on another thread of the Valuers and Solicitors being pursued, this in general not specific terms, will be another factor of grief for someone as we know by now what insurers think of Toad in very specific terms and how they view his activities.

All small steps forward against the perpetrators but will there ever be any compensation for the victims.
There seems to be more sympathy for the investors, except on this forum.
