Today with all the Genomic information you would think there would be a far better choice of bulls in AI company brochures , bulls to correct the problems these companies have created over the years like short teats, straight legs and fertility. But when you study the choices 75% have straight legs or short teats and fertility is a his or miss ! I am looking for a bull with minus stature, longer teat lenght a set in the leg positive for fat and protein % and good fertility and BLACK , I can find some of these traits but can't find a bull with them all. Anyone able to point me one out ?

Some tips as i've been doing a lot of this recently...
1. Use holstein uk bull picker.
2. Use all the big semen companies websites to filter what you want.
3. Talk to your semen reps about what you want.
4. Dont go too crazy with your filters. Sometimes you can filter out good bulls my just being that too harsh on certain criteria.

Sometimes the bull picker doesnt always have bulls on from semen companies websites. The catalogues you get in the post are generally garbage or just what semen they are trying to pedal atm.

If your teats are too small the laser can't see the teat. And if it does the cup won't stick. Longer teats are way better as even if they are right next to each other or if cow has reverse tilt the laser can still find each teat.
Breeding small teats into a herd is worse than breeding a too no

Breeding small teats into a herd is worse than breeding a too tight ligament.
no sure about your 'too tight ligament ' comment, I remember reading an article about type and lifetime production. There was no correlation between all type traits(udder attachment, capacity, feet and legs etc) and life time yield except for strength of ligament.
