They will wear, but depending on tonnage through, and maintenance, shouldn’t be a problem for many a year, a lot less wearing parts than a mobile,
You have to fill one side first and make sure you empty the last filled firstJust out of interest, are you relying on the panel clips to hold the concrete panels in place with the OSR piled against it, or do you fill the other side of the wall first?
In your experience, what sort of age do repairs start to become major (not just little piddly fixes). 30 year old Law Dennis. They will wear, but depending on tonnage through, and maintenance, shouldn’t be a problem for many a year, a lot less wearing parts than a mobile,
I'm just assuming that after this length of time there's bound to be some major issues start to arise, serious outlay to keep it going is not on the cards if and when!On reading my reply, possibly reads that the Svegma has these issues, this is not the case,
But they could be issues, as per your question, on 30 yr old driers,
sorry about the confusion,
Know of three other Svegma drier’s available
Just had a quote for a 100 x80 ft grain store should hold 1200 t . £95000 with walls and 2 roller doors but no concrete floor. That is will fan house which is about £5 k
Are you able to share which shed company?Just had a quote for a 100 x80 ft grain store should hold 1200 t . £95000 with walls and 2 roller doors but no concrete floor. That is will fan house which is about £5 k
I’ve shed with 16 in beams storing 25ft high in middle 20ft at sidesDo you need stronger metalwork or more concrete if you go higher than 3.6m panels?
JG fabrications Midlands. Are you able to share which shed company?
Having it all in the fan house here.Im also working on a new store. I need to bring services in coming from the front.
Do I bring them up in the front corner and have the fuse board, meters etc in the store but on gable wall or run the lot underground the rear fan house and have it all pop out there?! not sure I like the idea of the stuff in the grainstore itself but a lot easier at this stage!?
Excluding drying what cost/value would people put on grain storage on a pence/t/week basis or similar?
