Did Capalo end of last week.

Rationale, but of mildew present, it tank mixes with B Star and I’m away snowboarding this week, got Sugar Beet to drill when I’m back next week so I’m a bit pressed for time.

On that basis I added it as insurance. Didn’t do a T0 last year but a much colder spring.

I will never mix anything with bway star ever again no matter how safe it’s supposed d to be - bad experience in the past !

Where are you snowboarding ? I’m in val next week !

Morzine, me and a couple of mates negotiated 4 nights away and left the wives and kids at home, so chose
Morzine on the basis it’s close to Geneva airport.

Fantastic conditions today, the B Star will have to take its chance! You didn’t add Manganese to the mix?

Nothing with bway star no other than adjuvant - won’t risk it, once bitten ! An extra pass costs pence - crop damage can cost a fortune

Mag, Mang and K with every fungicide pass here though

I've done a 7 way tank mix that included broadway star and it didn't touch the crop a jot.

T0? You are way behind the curve, crops around here have wheel marks in them and have done for some time now.

I’ve tank mixed it many times had no issue with it

But that once I did and won’t risk it ever again - crop looked shocking

One bad experience is all it takes !

What was in the mix that caused the crop damage?

Fungicide, can’t recall what exactly would have to look it up but probabaly Teb or ctl

As I say I’ve done it many years with no problem but a couple of years ago it scorched the crop terribly so I just won’t risk it ever again
