Company I spoke to were fine.
To clarify it was not "ordered"

Issue with this scheme is if one product is unavailable after acceptance as I understand it you can not claim any grant at all.
So say if you put in for two items... and the one item you can get hold of, and the other you can't, does that mean you can't claim any grant on the one item that you managed to purchase?

I had a quick work out and it could be between 2 and 3 thousand farms who get the grant so between say 6 manufacturers you would get most things except maybe crushes etc.!

yes. When you get offered the grant, you have a window before you have to accept the offer. Use that window to order or reserve your items, so at least you know whether they are going to be able to supply. If you are not able to source an item, pay for it and get your paperwork in order, and have already bought the other then you will not get any grant. We applied and claimed successfully on the last round and we got the 'might sell out' stuff (IAE handling kit) immediately whereas other bits like solar energisers we left until later as they were less likely to sell out as there are many more manufacturers.

What type of fence energiser did you get? Has it been ok?
I added a fencer to my claim just to get over minimum spend threshold
