Any ideas on a grain store/mixing shed

I'm toying with ideas for a grain shed
Max 300ton grain (I could extend she'd if something altered)
Store protein, rolled barley and mill(PTO roller mill)
Possibly mollases.
I'm thinking I could either use the kongskilde blower to load mill or loader from grain store, would box in the "rolled" bay for dust reduction.
Load with loader into mixer wagon as needed.

Better to load mill with a loader than all that noise and dust from the blower.

I use augers though as I am in a small shed for milling.

You will need some sort of systemn to work out how much of each you are putting in the rations - weigher on loader? or weigh cell on hopper over mill?. Presumably the protein won't be milled so you will need to work out how much of that in a ration too.

Weigh cell on mixer might be the answer for that.

Think dust and moisture and try to keep both of those away from the job too.

I was thinking a cyclone on top of pre cleaner on top of mill with vent to roof or side? If I used blower.
(Would also be handy if I could just keep moving blower down shed)
Not bad sample I just have the cleaner any way and speeds rolling up.
Noise and dust from tractor and mill aswell so blower not much different?
Loading protein and barley into mixer with weigh cells on. Currently have to set it all up in yard do 2 5ton loads then put away

I always found those blowers very difficult to use, flexy end always unwrapping itself, heavy and difficult to move about.

Venting to outside a good plan though if you do use it.

Why pre clean if for your own use?, you may as well feed the small amount of stuff that would remove rather than have to clean it up and dispose elswhere..

Black grass. 1reson.
They are numb but I'm using a 4" feed blower pipe on mine and just shove it in a pile (boythorpe store) and leeve till hopper full.
Will be easier to shove pile up with bucket or keep upto sweeping it.
Just seems a weird setup lots of doors, or a big waste of space if done through basically 1 door.

Also plan to box in the rolled bay so that dust from auger out of mill doesn't get everywhere

I am not sure that your blackgrass will survive very well after some attention in a rumen.
