So if bison can store carbon why cant cows?

They can. But we use fossil fuels to produce the carbon that cows produce generally (which then gives us more cows).

But this whole argument is still flim flam really.

Cows or Bison will not negate fossil fuel emissions. Fossil fuel emissions are responsible for their own carbon emission profile. Everything else is just calculator playing.

Luckily for me I think the whole climate change thing is not going to turn out the way the hysterics claim but I think if we can find a cheaper alternative to fossil fuels that would be grand

It says the bison have evolved for millions of years with the forest and grassland, so they're obviously different to cows, and you will also have to rewild your farm then get some bison in, therefore cows and farms are still planet destroyers.
