Disgusting dog owners!

Exactly… the dog owner and me have sorted it out as best as we could they were very remorseful short of forcing them too shoot the dog there’s nothing the police would do that I didn’t
The police don’t really understand a sheep enterprise and think that it’s the farmers job to deal with such like. In the past they wouldn’t press charges but said if anything was to be done it would need to be a private prosecution which is less effective than knocking a few teeth out in any case.

If I’d got there 10 minutes sooner I’d of blown the dogs brains out… I bet the barstewards would have been interested then but if I rang them as it stands they’d not even come out too see me

Just a thought but does anyone have any idea if there's much sheep worrying in Ireland? I just wonder whether there would be a difference in a country where a larger proportion of the population would have more recent links to the countryside and perhaps a greater respect and understanding of what goes on there.
Most of the problems here are either the ‘rabbiting lurcher crew’ or folks with a pet dog they just let run about that’s ‘doing no harm’

Don't you all know 'the dog sh!t fairy comes on a night to pick it up'.

I think half the people who walk their dog don't have a clue what the dog is doing because they've got their heads stuck in a mobile phone.

I have shot a dog worrying sheep, I wouldn't like to have to do it again.
The dog sh!t fairy comes and takes it off the devils Christmas tree!

The poo bags really boil my pi$$. I work in some fairly remote spots and it’s amazing where you find them, I mean what goes through people’s minds when they’re bagging something which would disappear in 10 days or so in something which takes 10,000 years to break down? Absolutely brain dead.
Social conditioning, isn't it? "Always bag your dog poo" etc. I hate the idea of bagging and binning a biodegradable product so will only do it where there lots of people/dogs or where stock might get near it.

There's a number of things going on here. Everyone is very sure of their rights nowadays but not so keen on the responsibilities that come with them. Dogs treated as humans rather than animals and the shockingly poor standard of training that most of them have. Oh, and given human names rather than animal or pet names to signify their new status. And why take your dog out for a nice country walk and spend all of it on your phone??
I've always liked a dog with a person's name, as it goes.

My dad's mate had an afghan hound called "teapot lid" :ROFLMAO:
