As I have a life I didnt know when I posted the EU had already a deal with Mexico, obviously you werent aware that it covered industrial goods as you appear to claim we are leaving just as the deal comesinto force.
Not sure many companies have moved to the UK because of brexit but as this report shows FDI to the UK is still huge and the highest in Europe so companies still have confidence in us, its just such a shame that the remainer government/MPs have stopped us leaving so far so we can get on with the job, of course all the remoaners such as yourself dont help. Will there be some problems for a while ? Yes there maybe but they will soon be sorted and then we wil thrive and any short term issues are minor compared to the medium long term benefits and far more importantly the long term problems of staying in the EU such as it becoming more and more unwieldly and then into a super state

And here we have a prime specimen of a blinkered Brexiteer.

Masses of preconceived ideas about the EU, and UK trade.
Does a tiny bit of research and realises they were wrong.

Maybe you should have done a bit more research before you voted @rob1

You posted that comment yesterday.
And if you read my reply you will
see I reference how long we have had a trade deal with Mexico (20 yrs) and the fact the new improved deal covers all goods whilst EU Ag is a big winner. You would think that if Brexit was going to be so good for business’s then at least one company would stick their head up and say “we are moving in as soon as you leave the EU”, just one...
At the moment I doubt any firm is moving here just because of brexit, but when they see that you doom merchants are wrong and IF we get a decent government that doesnt include old style marxists and the economy continues to grow and out perform other eu countries then they may well do.

Why is it blinkered to not know about every trade deal the EU has with anyone, this trade deal in goods was done in 2000 not this year that is food and a few tidy ups of rules etc mainly.
If you researched you would find that many, including myself and have stated such many times voted out to get out of the political crap we are being forced into, companies will still buy and sell to us as they do now, in general tariffs make little difference in most sectors, yes cars are higher than most and of course food is also but generally they dont stop trade and of course the pound being lower wipes them out to uk exporters. I note you havent admitted that you want to be run by the aussies or far eastern countries by joining a political grouping with them so why the hell do you think the majority of those in the UK want to be run by europe, yes we have a sh!t government here but we can deal with them later hopefully and we have a once only change to get out of europe and we intend to grab it,

Bridgend is not a direct result of Brexit, however brexit provides a very good escape tunnel.

Lots of tunnels currently being dug.

Yes, the last Conservative government under Cameron and May was probably the last chance for the London establishment.

£3.5 Billion for a cr@p old building for useless politicians but no money for British Steel and now Bridge-end .. I think most of the voting public know exactly what we are gonna do.

Time we had less Civil Servants including fake "Environmentalists".

Like I said yesterday on another thread, evidence of a divided nation.
Remainers will blame every ill on Brexit, Leavers will say it would have happened anyway.

Sad thing is, families are losing their income

Nothing to do with Brexit .been on the cards for years . But remainers would blame their own fart on Brexit
And Brexiteers blame remainers for the Uk not leaving in March. Had Mogg and his merry ERG supported Mays WA in vote 1 rather than vote 3 then the UK would have left by now and we could all get on with our lives rather than be stuck in this cycle of uncertainty. Hopefully the EU will put us out our misery in October.

I'm curious as to what political crap you feel we are being forced into?

How is it any different to being run from Westminster?
I for one sometimes feel closer to Europe than I do London. In geographical and political terms.

my points on here are not in relation to “project hysteria”, they are in response to all the claims made, I simply ask for evidence to support. End of day the best way you can validate your point is to show evidence.

I told you three companies that are making huge investments in the UK despite brexit.

They obviously dont care and think the UK is a great place to do business.

Exactly, unless Im mistaken these three tech giants dont slap stuff on pallets, as such tariffs and borders dont matter, next...

You and your tariffs. Its WTO or the UK can offer totally free trade terms to whoever wants to trade. Opportunities/threats as presented by any change in the business environment. The public have spoken and you are out of luck.
Just to clarify, the UK can only offer free terms for imports into the UK, and if done so outside a FT deal then free trade for one is free trade for all, we have no say on export tariffs. Yes the public voted and voted to leave and I for one respect the vote and dont need another ref, if we end up with a hard Brexit then it will be economic suicide (not even Boris will leave with No Deal), so as much as I wont deny you of your Brexit, I am entitled to my opinion on trade.

to be honest that deal was worse than we have now, if I was an MP I could never vote for it

And there lies the problem, the leavers cant agree what leave means. And it was not a deal it was the interim withdrawal agreement, even Mogg said he should have realised Brexit was a journey and not an event when he supported it at the 3rd attempt.

The single state, federal europe or united states of europe is what we are being forced bit by bit drip by drip into we will end up being just like one of the USA states with just a few powers left and all the decisions taken in Brussels, now IF we have a europe wide vote and countries decide thats what they want and those that dont leave then thats fine, I dont want that but if we have a vote and those that support it in this country win by one vote then lets go the whole hog and do it, BUT we arent going to get a vote on it and its moving that way bit by bit, we will soon have an euro army, a single fiscal policy a single foreign policy, one currency, yes some will say we have an opt out which we do but time and again our government gives a bit away without asking us if thats what we want.
I love europe and its different countries and cultures and visit them often but I dont want to become part of the US of E. thats why I voted out

Ah the old excuse that leavers all want different things and that remains all want the same thing which is just bizarre, some remainers just want the single market some want full united states of europe and others every step in between, while it wasnt the final deal the so called agreement tied us to their timetable and the backstop was a devious way of keeping hold of us, anyone with a pair of eyes can see that it was unacceptable
