A lot made of stewardship which will become even more. Easy replacement for strawconsidering the summer we had I thought decent Hay would be in High demand.. could not be more wrong.. no call for small hay bales this winter..my guess is a lot of Horsey folk feeling the pinch maybe selling the horse??

be better buying hay now for next year and grazing your ground if it really is that cheap , no weather to bother about either making the stuff ...
Do you think there's much money in it at £30...? The amount of diesel used this summer tedding it trying to dry it out.£25 to £35 a round bale seems to be the run on Facebook. A local is buying them one at a time off us for horses for£30. Bales are a bit weathered but nice inside

ah could be, but we are finding more have at last worked out that haylage to all either buyer seller or hoss is better value.
