Do you mean the “Addington Fund” - this is really valuable to know, but seems to be only in England and Wales. Anyone know if there is anything like this in Scotland?
Yes ...addington!
Farm crisis network are the ones to get in touch with to find out what about in terms of help .
It's coming back to memory abit now.. I think the RABI payed for someone to come in for 30 hrs a week and I think it was available or 6 wks max but we soon got something else sorted .

If it’s anything like my wife’s situation, they did her better knee first, so the second may be more painful than the first. Stick with iti, you’ll get there if you keep doing the exercises.

You deserved a bollocking! Dad had a new hip November 2019 and didn't do anything at all for 6 months after and took it easy for another year almost after while his back straightened up again after standing to one side for so long. There's more go in him now than there has been in 10 years or more.
LET IT HEAL PROPERLY!
Had a total knee replacement along with plating the kneecap.Helped drench sheep 4 days later and did little bits after was doing a fair bit after 4 weeks or so.Did all the exercises I was told to and on a static cycle after about 3 weeks.
Will be a year in April and has been a brilliant success. Surgeon told me to keep it moving and exercise regularly which I did.

I haven’t heard anything of much good with Addington Fund. Apparently too many egos running it and only interested in you if you are wearing tweed. They favour some of their tenants over others and change rules when it suits them. Rabi and Fcn I have heard very good things. From what I was told I wouldn’t go near Addington Fund.
