On a similar note I used to get terrible cramp in my calf muscles after a days combining. My daughter in law who is a physiotherapist told me to keep my feet flat on the cab floor to prevent the muscles tightening when my heels were raised for any length of time. No more cramp at nights.

I used to get the same
I lowered the seat a little to take the weight off the backs of my thighs, allows better circulation

I started drinking tonic water to stop cramp and it worked.

I've been on blood thinners for 2 years. I'm 42, don't feel I bleed much more than before if I cut myself.

I get terrible inner thigh cramp like a plunging knife, guaranteed if very ttofatigued and sweating.
Salt has to be replaced so I take a rehydration sachet and drink more water. it does help.

Does anyone else find that after long day driving or even walking. At home later in the day you just can’t keep your legs still? It’s only relaxing when your moving or stretching them.

Ive Googled this and came across something called restless legs syndrome. It’s quite horrible.

Profi had this article in the August issue about some simple exercises drivers can do when they have a couple of minutes. Because of what has been highlighted here, I have made it free to access so even non-subscribers can read it. Hopefully it is of use to some of you.

If the TFF management see this as an issue then please delete the post.

Try taking magnesium supplements, a deficiency of mg causes mussel contraction and cramps. I used get the same as you, mg has stopped it.
That's why people put Epsom salts (mg s) into their bath to relax

I use magnesium tablets. Take 500mg a day. You take anymore and ALL your muscles relax! #poop! I used to get bad cramp if chainsawing or strimming. Since use magnesium, no more issues . Also food for neck pain after a long drive
