Has anyone had a new tractor on these tyres recently?

We got one on these and they're really strange looking the tread is very narrow just barely 600mm across but the sidewalls are bulged away out from the rim and the treads .

It was next to a 8 month old tractor at the dealer on the same make and model of tyre and it was normal looking same as the front are they're a straight sidewall up to a wide tread . And mine had 50mm more drawbar clearance than the same model next door so mine are 100mm taller overall .

It doesn't look as ridiculous in the pictures as it does in real life.

Would they have been pumped up a bit too much when seating the beads?
No sitting at 17 psi and they still look horrible.
I'm not sure if the rims are too wide or something but the tyres look totally different to older michelin mach x bib Everyone that's seen it said the same thing they look really tall and narrow .

Mine are GKN 23B rims Tractor is 22plate they are tall tyres 600 would be the width which is perfect for me but I don’t have the same bulge in the side wall as yours
I reckon they've changed the moulds recently and the sidewalls bulge is big . It's a pain ploughing as it's pushing you away from the furrow wall . And I'm not impressed with the grip they have at all

They do look wider than the rims. The bulges look dodgy

Bout the only 650 that is nearly 650 is trelleborghs, and we all know what happens to them
Yeah unfortunately. Michelin not that much better either with age!! .

We've got 620 x 42 kleber on 7820 and 7530 they both measure a good 620 .

My mate had his 650 85 38 michelin replaced with kleber and they were really narrow compared to his original michelin

We bought bkt 710s to replace trelleborg 650s and bkts are narrower than trelleborgs!
It's annoying because when I had the last jd before the fastrac it was on michelin but 650 75 being the smaller tractor and the back were wider treads than the fronts now I've got 600 mm all round with the narrow backs!!

That's what new Holland has, 650/75/38s.

Plenty people say you can plough with 710s and no28 kv boards.

I've never got on with them, and my ploughings not fancy.

Was watching one of the YouTubers the other day, can’t just remember his name, but they had same problem 215 same tyres! and had Michelin man round, i’m sure he said they had stopped manufacturing the tyres for awhile because they admitted there was a problem!

The bloke on youtube, "Its a farming life for me" had a new JD with tyres that measured narrow. I think he said there had been a problem with the new moldings and they had stopped making them.
