We are on heavy clay which sits wet all winter and bone dry summer, have got p and k up to 2, ph average.6.5, would this mix suit wet and dry?

Great pictures of fields of grass @Derrick Hughes . Romney Marsh looks like a desert and I'm beginning to realise that without rain nothing grows. On the plus side, I'm not wearing the lawn mower out.

Hello@Wooly, hope your well. I was down that way 10 days ago looking for a house . Sorted one near Ditchling now , could not believe how dry and brown the fields were , seeds going a storm though in Sussex , We are going to set up storage for next year and my Son wants to do deliveries when he's,not at Colledge.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
