UK ACORN,FARM FINANCE,DES PHILLIPS,BEWARE!!!!!

Despite all the difficulties & the setbacks some progress has been made with some victims of the widespread banking fraud actually having been compensated
Toad & co still appear untouchable as those aquited appears to confirm
All this may be not as negative as it appears at first reading as their is need that all regulators & the Courts are desperate to keep all cases Civil not Criminal
The Cheif Constable of Thames Valley whilst being exelent in his comments on the first H B O S trial as been strangely quite on the latest aquital with Thames Valley only issuing a statement confirming the equital
Their is growing evidence that most Bankcrupticys & evictions granted by the Courts without any checking of the figures provided by the parties seeking possession & are probably illegal
All victims need to continue the fight the operators of these frauds are on the back foot compared to where we were when this colum was started by Acorn Worm both him & Farming Forum deserve congratulations for keeping this colum going without bending to the legal threats being made these now seem notable by their absence which appears to confirm that the individuals making these treats are now on the back foot
All evidence that victims hold needs careful examination each case will contain fraud in the actions taken or in the small print one thing we all have to admit is the individuals involved were experts at these scams with over 20 years of experience
I know it is difficult to keep fighting for Justice but their are plenty times where the fight has taken a long number of years & the only defining factor was victims continued the fight
Best wishes to all contributors for Christmas & the New year don’t think those aquited will be jumping for joy about their prospects for the new year it is their turn to be on the defensive

The Chief Constable and the PCC at Thames Valley Police have been excellent, despite the best efforts of Lloyds Banking Group to frustrate their criminal investigation. The investigation involved 150 officers and cost £7m,but could have cost considerably less had LBG co operated fully from the outset ,but, it is now becoming abundantly clear that this was not an isolated incident and that whilst the HBOS problem was somewhat inherited it highlighted criminal activity being carried out throughout the banking system.
Weak regulation has been blamed by many, including myself, for this state of affairs, but is in reality merely a smokescreen,if you decide to carry out a criminal act based purely on the likelihood of it passing undetected it doesn't make it any less criminal,in fact probably the opposite, many examples requiring co conspirators, equally capable of recognising the criminality of their actions.
Whilst TVP's work is,I would guess ,still unfinished,it would not be fair to further burden the tax payers of that particular force. The time has come for the National Crime Agency to be given permission to cast their nets, should Mrs May and co fail to allow this they will be giving Corbyn yet another open goal.

Not the same Nicki of the infamous scanning exercise
Are you talking about THE WHITE..............wash:):) circa 2013.Or the shambles of 2006/2007,which,fair play was described as an investigation.
'I believe something is seriously amiss at A & S Police' said the great man,but of course that has largely gone unnoticed, even though Elfyn Llwyd is a criminal barrister, something Liam Fox and Jacob Rees-Mogg should consider when queries are raised about their local plod.

Happy Xmas and many thanks to everyone who has viewed and contributed to this thread.
My thoughts go out to those who have had their hopes and dreams destroyed by these greedy fraudsters and for whom Christmas is probably a difficult time.Hang on in there,we'll keep working together, the end is in sight, 2018 could be the year of change.

Hoping that this might unlock my case.

Still cannot understand how the Judge in my case could order Restitution at 26% compound interest.

Cant you appeal, even if refused leave to appeal you can appeal that judgment too.
Judge sounds very bank friendly!

No they changed the rules in 2016 you have no automatic right to Appeal. Just a review by another Judge who insisted that as neither himself or my barrister where at the trial we could not question the Judgement that was made on the day. He was quite proud of the fact that his word was final and seemed to get quite a power rush from the kangaroo court. My barrister was shocked but the new rules have not been in place that long so its a bit like the wild west at the moment.
Cannot comment about the Judge as its now in the hands of the SFO and the head of the "Financial List". Dont know whether it will do any good but my MP and the FCA have also been informed.

Yes keep the filthy defaulters where they belong, upholding the British Justice System and maintaining the honesty of the lending institutions, what an honourable mano_O:whistle:

Just to say our loan was not a default we had actually overpaid our mortgage and demanded a refund but LMC changed the type of mortgage from a fixed term pre computed to an interest only. Any financially aware Judge would have seen straight through the con. but when the Judge tells you they have never heard of a pre-computed loan you know your fighting a lost cause. In the end it made no difference what type of loan it was as LMC had not signed the agreement making the loan in the Judges eye unenforceable. Which in reality meant the Judge could decide anything in the kangaroo court.
