Well given the history of this building and the character of the persons behind this saga lets hope this time Lendy appreciates the need to do true Due Diligence.
Or they could well find themselves in the same situation as they are now a few months down the line. I wonder what the investors would make of that.

Unfortunately most of the other companies complained about on this forum are not public companies so no AGM to give the directors a hard time.

Maybe the Insolvency service should strengthen its relationship with NCA and SFO as well.
As for Des Phillips they probably have a whole department dedicated to him already.
