Aye, and it's not my cows fault cos everything I want to be in calf is in calf, herd calving interavle less than 370 days, success rate with conventional AI is 75 to 85% depending on time of year - they should put more wigglers in each straw.

Vet told me the other say that sexed semen isn't much use on cows and far better conception from heifers. I have no experience of sexed semen however.

I've got 2 Irish calves. A Nov 15 bullock out of a lim X blue cow and a 3 month old pure heifer out of a middledale shergar daughter.
Both are good albeit a touch narrow

I got them out after about another 20 minutes of swilling. 45 degrees is the optimum angle!
They'll be fine to use, I had a ready supply of LN to keep them cool
