To anyone considering such a diversification- Ask yourself the question - would you be happy using communal facilities that are likely cold, damp with a plug hole of someone else's hairs if you're paying upwards of £100 / night ??
PS - it is the Glamping Show at Stoneleigh Today & Tomorrow (thurs fri sat)
As a diversification idea both making them and letting them out so make one let it out but it’s also for sale ,, mad or feasible ?To stay in, or as a diversification idea?
If they are like your gates then they will be good.As a diversification idea both making them and letting them out so make one let it out but it’s also for sale ,, mad or feasible ?
I’d like to think so when I get the time to make a start I will put the pics of the construction on here for max scrutinisation haIf they are like your gates then they will be good.
Hi all,
My partner and I are looking to set up a new Glamping site and wondered if any of you might be interested in discussing options for a long term lease of some of your land? It could work as a lease option per acre per year and or profit share opportunity.
Flexible on location in Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Sussex, Somerset, East Devon, Hampshire
We have been planning for the last year, we were going to buy a property with land but have decided that leasing land is a better option. It would mean that you make way more than the £150 Per Acre/ Pa but without the set up costs and work involved with running the site.
For more information about who we are and what we're looking to do please look through our attached proposal.View attachment 933703
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you and seeing if this might be mutually beneficial.
Chris and Esther
Do you have a septic tank for it?Our glamping pod here has plumbed toilet and electric shower... Bit snug but does the job

Reading your proposals you must be willing to invest
hundreds of thousands if not millions into this project .
Is this the case?
Did you ever get to make a start on this or is like a lot of projects here that never get past the idea stage? Recently been asked to build a chassis for someone to build there own shepherds hut and am looking for inspiration.I’d like to think so when I get the time to make a start I will put the pics of the construction on here for max scrutinisation ha
