Beef diversification

Excellent advice from the man who also said that continental governments would care that their Muslim citizens would be paying more for sheep meat.

think he was a fruit farmer in Cornwall in a previous life.
An he’s advised you to go into beef?? Does he have any practical experience of the realities of a beef enterprise?? All advisers tell you to do something else to justify there job in my experience!! Was he any good at fruit farming or did he fail at that an thought the way forward was advising other folks on the way to do things right???👌

Sorry. I was being flippant. Knowing nothing of your system it’s hard to say anything. However if you look at your local levy / advisory body costings or any in the uk. Sheep outperform cattle on profit. Never mind the extra cost of infrastructure needed for most cattle setups.
