Does Barnier really represent what national governments want out of a leaving deal or are some of them cursing him?

I certainly am happy selling engineering kit, with Japanese, American and Korean components in it, to the Germans, the Malaysians and others; and will continue to do so next year and beyond. :)

If there aren't enough spuds for the market from inside the UK - and Jersey too I guess - then yes, that is the Brexit that many voted for; what's wrong with what you describe - even with its exaggerations?
What part of it is exaggerated?

They'll go nicely with my roast chlorinated American chicken(y). Is there a quality issue with French fertiliser or Irish peat moss?
The blokes a tit.
I used to haul truck loads of Egyptian spuds off of boats, all over, back in the day.
Scraping spuds from Cyprus too.
A much welcome relief from all those soft and pappy old stored British spuds in the spring.
There's a lot more grub grown a lot cheaper, out there, outside the EU.

Fear not folks for your trade. What we have learned is that for every single little issue never mind bigger issues, never mind at all MAJOR issues, Boris has in his armoury one single and effective solution. It’s the U TURN. There’s one coming to a trade deal near you shortly.

Nothing wrong with British or Jersey spuds. As for Egyptian, all depends on the amount of sewerage you like in your meat and two veg. :)

So after watching all of Ursula's speech I seem to have missed her replacing Barnier and taking over. When is this supposed to take place?

Richard North is a vocal Brexiteer but the only one with a pragmatic brain between his ears. He has always advocated leaving with a good and close deal with the EU as the only way to make it work.
who do you class as a Brexiteer ? anyone that voted leave or just leave supporting politicians or what ?
